Swytch Studio partnered with VentureX Capital to build a decentralised venture capital ecosystem through Web3 infrastructure, investment technology, and strategic support for global blockchain startups.
The challenge
VentureX Capital, a decentralised venture capital fund operating from DMCC, Dubai, aimed to modernise the traditional investment process through blockchain technology. The objective was to create an on-chain investment ecosystem where founders, investors, and the venture fund could interact transparently — while streamlining project discovery, funding workflows, and community participation.
Doing that meant re-thinking how a VC actually operates. Investment pools, project onboarding, LP relationships, and community governance had to be re-engineered around Web3 primitives rather than bolted on top of a traditional stack.
The approach
Swytch Studio partnered with VentureX Capital as its technology and strategy partner, designing and developing the Web3 infrastructure that powered the fund's decentralised investment ecosystem. Our team built the technical framework for managing open investment pools, supported the venture's blockchain architecture, and facilitated the onboarding of promising Web3 startups seeking strategic investment.
Alongside technical execution, we worked closely with the leadership team on product strategy and ecosystem development — ensuring the platform, the deal pipeline and the community layer all evolved together.
