Swytch built Mahindra Finance's always-on content and social engine, running 8-platform campaigns that drove 50M+ impressions in 60 days.
The challenge
Mahindra Finance needed to run a coordinated, multi-market content push across eight social platforms — with a level of speed, consistency and creative volume that traditional agency structures aren't built for.
The audiences ranged from urban salaried customers to semi-urban and rural borrowers, each with different languages, reference points and content formats. A single creative simply couldn't do the job.
And every asset had to look like Mahindra Finance — trustworthy, established, unmistakably Indian — while still performing on channels that reward native, fast-moving creative.
The approach
We treated the mandate as content operations, not as episodic campaigns. That meant setting up shared briefs, a single content calendar, and platform-native creative pods that could ship at volume without losing the brand thread.
A core brand system anchored the work — colour, typography, tone, disclaimers — while each platform got its own creative playbook: long-form on YouTube, hook-first on Reels and Shorts, thread-native on X, community-led on WhatsApp and Facebook, plus targeted plays on LinkedIn, Instagram and Snap.
We built a lightweight approval loop with Mahindra Finance's legal and brand teams so compliance-heavy financial creative could still move at social-media speed. Nothing sat waiting for a fortnight.
Community was treated as a channel of its own. Responses, DMs and comment moderation were plugged into the same workflow, so every impression had a place to land.
Swytch made a legacy financial brand behave like a native social publisher — without losing an inch of trust.
The outcome
Inside a 60-day sprint, the content engine turned a coordinated brief into national reach — with a compliance-safe, brand-safe library that Mahindra Finance can keep pulling from.
If you need a content and social engine that can move fast without sacrificing brand or compliance, this is our home ground.
